At URSafeRite, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a FREE 30 day return period on all eligible items ordered online. To be eligible for a return, the following apply:
- Items must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items were not marked "Sale", "Clearance" or "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- Items must be in their original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes instruction manuals, dust bags or shoeboxes (all original packaging).
- Items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.
- Certain respiratory products will not be refunded due to hygienic and safety factors.
Returns are accepted for faulty/damaged goods or simply if you change your mind if you notify us within 7 days of delivery and arrange return within 30 days.
Change of Mind
In the event that you receive the products and simply change your mind, we may at our discretion offer you a refund or exchange provided that;
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery
- That the items are returned in their original condition, together with any original packaging, labels and all parts included within 30 days.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event products are received faulty or damaged during delivery;
- Please contact us within 7 days of order delivery.
- If you believe that the item is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether there is an entitlement for exchange or repair.
- Any damaged goods must be returned in the original condition it was in when received together with any packaging or parts included together within the package.
- We will organise to collect the package and replace it, or we provide a refund provided we are contacted within 7 days of order delivery.

How to Return Items (Packages under 5kgs)
URSafeRite is to be notified within 7 days from receipt of order for any products that are to be returned or exchanged. Easy returns with Australia Post Collect & Return - No labels, no printing, no problem.
- Visit our Returns Portal enter your order number and the email address used to place your order and complete the fields to submit your return. Once submitted, you'll be emailed your unique QR code.
- Print your label at home or bring your packaged return and QR code to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (those marked with a printer symbol on the map) and they'll print one for you. Choose to drop your return at any Post Office, Australia Post Box, or selected branches of retailers such as IGA, Mitre10 and Priceline.
- You'll be emailed tracking details so you can follow your return back to our warehouse.

Track your Return:

- Enter your tracking number. This can be found on your returns postage label.

- If a size exchange is required, we recommend placing a new order online and returning your original item(s) for a refund to avoid exchange sizes selling out. We are not able to honour previously used promotion codes when choosing this option.
- Promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavailable or a refund is requested, promotional offers will not be extended to your new order. Any free promotional items should be returned along with your order if you will no longer meet the terms of the offer.
- Free returns policy is limited to one return per order. Additional returns must be made at your own expense. URSafeRite provides one prepaid label per order for a return, if you require to send other items back or return an exchange order you will need to pay for this return. You will need to return to our return address with your order noted as a reference.
- Items can be returned outside our standard returns period if the product is faulty under warranty.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will be processed:
- Within 24-48 hours of receipt where possible
- The way you made the original purchase
- PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately
- Afterpay refunds will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. If you've got a few other items on your order, the cost of the cancelled item will be deducted from future payment instalments
- Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution
Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
